Privacy Policy
bebelala is designed to keep parenting data private. This section explains what is collected, why, and your rights.
What we collect
Account info (email), baby tracking logs (feeding, pumping, diapers, sleep, medicine, milestones, temperature), your chat messages with Nori, app preferences (units, theme, language), optional location text you enter for weather, and basic technical data needed to run the app.
How we use it
To run the app's features (sync, dashboard, weekly recap, AI chat, weather/clothing suggestions), to bill bebelala+ subscribers, and to fix bugs. We do not sell your data and do not run third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use the following processors to run bebelala. They process data only on our instructions:
- Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, file storage)
- Lovable AI Gateway (Nori chat responses)
- Open-Meteo (weather forecasts for clothing suggestions)
- ArcGIS / Open-Meteo geocoding (location search suggestions)
Retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. Delete your account or use "Delete everything" in Settings to remove your account and tracked logs. Some data may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being purged.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, Quebec Law 25, Canadian PIPEDA, California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email us to exercise these rights.
Children's data
bebelala is used by parents and caregivers to log information about their own children. The child is not the account holder. We treat this data with extra care and never use it for advertising or AI training.
