You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

bebelala+ is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Billing terms (price, renewal interval, taxes) are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from the subscription portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests can be sent to support@bebelala.app.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, abuse, reverse-engineer or use the app for anything illegal, or in a way that could harm a child. We may suspend accounts that do.

Intellectual property

The bebelala name, logo, the Nori mascot and the app content are owned by the bebelala team. Your tracked data remains yours.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the bebelala team is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any health, medical or safety decisions made using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes bump the version and you'll be asked to re-accept on next launch.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. The governing jurisdiction and legal entity will be specified here before public launch.
